Sleeping In the Crib

Last night was yet another big transition in Zoe's life, she slept in her crib for the first time.
Since she outgrew the bassinet she's been sleeping in her pack and play next to our bed. Gena and I both had a hard time with the idea of her being in her own room, but she's almost 7 months old so it was time.
We went through the regular routine and she went right to sleep. A couple of times she woke up and whined, we think she was just confused about where she was, but each time she went back to sleep. She woke up a little earlier than usual but other than that she did just fine in the crib.
It will be nice for us to have our bedroom back. Gena can get back to reading before bed and I won't have to get dressed for work in the dark. But Gena and I will need a little time to get used to Zoe being in another room.
